• Francine Nelson (Wiseman), Shareholder
  A recognized figure in the legal community with over 35 years of experience in tax and business law, Francine specializes in corporate taxation, trusts, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning.
• Aaron Rodgers, Shareholder
  A renowned lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in tax and litigation, Aaron brings his expertise in tax administration, such as voluntary disclosures and anti-money laundering.
• Brian Moulaison, Partner
  As a tax, commercial and civil litigation lawyer, Brian assists various taxpayers in their legal interactions with tax authorities. He also represents clients from a wide range of industries, including construction, food service, transportation, real estate leasing, professional consulting and finance.
• Austin del Rio, Partner
  A tax and estate planning attorney, Austin guides business owners and real estate investors in establishing tax-optimized legal structures. He also brings a wealth of international tax experience to the table.
• Marc Ian Leiter, Lawyer
  With over three decades of experience in business law, Marc guides companies through transactions, offering expert advice on mergers, acquisitions and contracts. A recognized expert in a variety of industries, he also helps start-ups and restructuring companies develop their business plans.
• Anna Mendes, Paralegal
  With over 40 years’ experience, Anna brings her expertise as a senior paralegal in the fields of corporate, commercial and tax law.
• Christina Tsioutsias, Paralegal
  With several years’ experience in business law, Christina joins the team as a paralegal.
• Irene Ioannoni, Paralegal
  With complete mastery of the incorporation, organization, registration, dissolution and reinstatement processes, this experienced paralegal handles all the administrative tasks required to manage and maintain businesses.
• Daniella Pittarelli, Paralegal
  A paralegal in business law and taxation, Daniella puts her experience and knowledge to good use by supporting lawyers in transactions. She also performs audits, reviews books of account and drafts transactional and commercial documents.
