Available positions

Commercial Lawyer (5 to 7 years of experience)Montréal

We are presently looking for a commercial lawyer with 5 to 7 years of experience.

The candidate we are seeking is capable of working independently but is also able to work collaboratively in a team participating in commercial transactions that require drafting and negotiating various agreements. The successful candidate will be advising small and medium-size businesses and owner-managed entrepreneurs in the acquisition, disposition and reorganization of companies, real estate transactions and general commercial matters (leasing, distribution agreements, financing agreements, etc.).

Perfectly bilingual, the ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills.

IT TechnicianMontréal

Under the responsibility of the IT Director, the person sought will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Level 1 and 2 computer support
  • Installing and repairing computer equipment
  • Documenting issues raised in the ticket management system
  • Participating in projects

The person must have a diploma in computer support, have at least five (5) years of experience and be bilingual. Experience gained in the legal environment and knowledge of VWware View will be considered an asset. At the relational level, the person sought will stand out for his flexibility, his team spirit, his ability to interact with users with empathy and his ability to vulgarize and adapt to users of different levels. He will also offer outstanding internal client service.
