Marc acts as legal counsel for the firm. With over three decades of business law experience, Marc steers businesses through all stages of a commercial transaction. Well-versed in the challenges faced by businesspeople, he dispenses sound advice on mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), contracts and licenses, and other transactions. A prominent figure in the world of business law, Marc assists clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and importing, technology and software, real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical, dental, and food manufacturing and processing. He also helps startups and companies facing restructuring to develop and rework their business plans.
Marc is known for his professionalism and actively gives back to the community, which has earned him to be named a Life Governor of the Quebec Bar Foundation. Among numerous other activities, he was campaign director for the former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Irwin Cotler.
