Important : On June 28, 2024, the Superior Court of Quebec authorized a class action against Aviva Insurance Company of Canada, Everest Insurance Company of Canada, La Souveraine, compagnie d'assurance and HDI Global Specialty SE in connection with their refusal to cover loss of revenue caused by business interruption during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
