Brian Moulaison is committed to defending your tax, civil and commercial interests.
Brian Moulaison practises in tax, commercial and civil litigation. He supports and guides all taxpayers – including individuals, businesses, financial institutions and more – in their legal proceedings with tax authorities such as Revenu Québec and the Canada Revenue Agency. A seasoned and passionate litigator, he also represents clients in civil and commercial disputes. He leverages his expertise to defend clients in sectors such as construction, food service, transportation, property leasing, consulting and finance.
Though he strives to save his clients time and money through mediation, adjudication and out-of-court settlements, he excels at extraordinary remedy proceedings in litigation matters. Understanding the importance of cooperation between lawyers and tax authorities for taxpayers, he recently joined the Bar of Montreal and Tax Court of Canada liaison committee.
He also participates in various charity events, including the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation street hockey tournament and the Juritour benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Brian’s boundless energy is bent on advocating for his clients and the causes he cares about.
