With more than 35 years of tax and business law experience, Francine is known for her practical approach and tailored solutions. She assists a wide range of private sector clients and specializes in corporate taxation, trusts, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax planning.
In addition to her legal practice, Francine operates a residential real estate business with her brothers. Her business experience combined with her legal practice has given Francine a practical and solution-oriented perspective. Francine is passionate about sharing her knowledge on tax law trends as a speaker and writer for renowned organizations and publications, including McGill University and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
