General presentation
Christina works as a paralegal in our Corporate Services Department and is known for her immense dedication. She assists lawyers with large commercial transactions, prepares closing documents for operations such as mergers, acquisitions and tax restructurings. She also prepares legal documents related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances and extra-provincial registrations.
