Irene Ioannoni manages all administrative tasks related to corporate maintenance.
Irene supports the Business Law team by preparing incorporations, organizations, registrations, dissolutions and revivals. She conducts simple and extensive minute book reviews along with preparation of rectification documents. Her responsibilities are to ensure that clients’ minute books are accurate and up to date. She regularly conducts research via platforms like Strategis, Registraire des entreprises and OnCorp Direct (formerly Cyberbahn).
Her broad communication network spans clients, accountants and government authorities. Over the years, Irene has become a valuable ally both for clients and coworkers. She is the team’s go-to person when it comes to federal and provincial government changes and requirements. Irene is fluent in English, French and Italian.
