SHOWCASE YOUR TALENTS

You have to showcase your talents and focus on your strengths and defining characteristics. Don't hesitate to show your personality and share your interests during the interview.

USE APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE

Make sure to speak in a professional manner and avoid slang or profanity.

BILINGUALISM

You will be expected to speak both English and French, and your interviewer will want to evaluate your proficiency in both languages. If asked a question in English, answer in English, if asked a question in French, answer in French, and both to the best of your abilities. It’s ok to take a second to think of your answer before you respond.

EXPRESS INTEREST

Make sure to express your desire to work at Spiegel Sohmer and the specific reasons for your interest.

PREPARE QUESTIONS

At the end of an interview, you may be asked whether you have any questions. This is an excellent opportunity for you to find out about the company’s culture, the day-to-day tasks to be assigned, and ask specific questions on the experiences of your interviewers (their personal trajectories and/or their experiences at the firm, etc.).
