Marvin provides counsel to the firm generally and will focus his practice on the specific commercial needs of our corporate clients. During a career spanning more than 25 years, Marvin has worked with some of Canada’s most well-known and admired brands.  His practice specializes in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate development and construction, franchising and general business matters.

Marvin offers a unique perspective, whether addressing daily business decisions and risk assessment, planning and implementation of commercial initiatives and programs locally, regionally or across Canada or the issues and negotiation that arises in leasing, real estate development or franchising matters.
