The legal magazine, The Lawyer’s Daily, just published an article written by Frank Schlesinger, a lawyer at Spiegel Sohmer, on a dispute settlement between two major toy manufacturers. Entitled U.S. firm agrees to stop selling Screechers Wild! toys due to patent dispute, the text resume the case.

ʺSpin Master brought its action in order to stop and prevent Alpha Group in the future from selling and marketing the allegedly infringing transformable toys by way of an injunction as well as an accounting of the profits made by Alpha Group, or damages, as well as delivery up to Spin Master of all of the allegedly infringing products, or the destruction thereof, and other relief.ʺ
