General presentation
Tanya De Nardis joined our firm in 2008 and has since specialized in corporate and tax reorganizations. She is now Co-Director of the Corporate Services.
Together with Stamatia Kritsidimas, they lead a team of paralegals, assistants and clerks in the Business and Tax Law Group. Tanya participates in the administration of the department and is responsible for the mentorship, development, and training of the corporate paralegals.
She also continues to assist the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in connection with tax and commercial reorganizations.
