General presentation
Sylvie Lepore began her career at our firm as a legal assistant in 1983 and joined our Corporate Services Department in 2012 as a transactional paralegal. Sylvie handles all of the corporate services and the implementation of various transactions required by the corporations which she maintains, from A to Z. Her practice also includes the incorporation, organization, registration and annual maintenance of charitable and non-profit organizations.
Having worked as a legal assistant in our Tax Department for many years, she has acquired significant, hands-on knowledge of tax reorganizations and has developed an excellent rapport with our clients.
