General presentation
Sarah Neuman is a Junior Paralegal in our Corporate Services department. She takes care of the annual maintenance of Corporations which includes proceeding with the annual filings with the required government authorities as well as making sure the minute books of Corporations are up to date.
Her practice also includes preparing corporate documentation for transactional services such as incorporations, organizations, dividends, articles of amendment, dissolutions and revivals.
