General presentation
Mary Bertucci began her career at our firm as a legal assistant in 1983 and joined our Corporate Services Department in 1997. Since then, she has gained tremendous experience and is now a Senior Paralegal. Mary carries out all corporate services required over the life of a corporation, from incorporation to dissolution and all stages in between, and has developed particular expertise in the implementation of complex corporate and tax reorganizations.
Mary’s dedication to our firm over the years has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and an ability to work under tremendous pressure. She has established excellent relationships with many of our long-standing clients.
