General presentation
Jessica practices as a Junior Paralegal and has been with Spiegel Sohmer since January 2019. She assists the firm’s corporate lawyers with the preparation of documents relating to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions as well as various other share transactions. She also conducts minute book reviews and ensures that our client’s corporations are in good standing with the governments in their annual filings and that minute books are kept up to date.
She is currently obtaining a Law Certificate from the University of Montreal and holds a diploma of Collegial Studies in Paralegal Technologies from O’Sullivan College Montreal and a diploma in Social Sciences from Champlain College Lennoxville.
