General presentation
Elizabeth Sauro practices as a Paralegal in our Corporate Services Department. She is responsible for the annual maintenance of Corporations and works diligently to ensure that clients’ minute books are up to date. Elizabeth also proceeds with annual filings required by governmental authorities and prepares various documentation requested by lawyers and clients to update or modify corporate records. Her practise also includes the preparation of documentation relating to incorporations, organizations, amendments, registrations of extra-provincial corporations, dissolutions and revivals.
She has obtained her diploma in Paralegal Technology in 2013.
