General presentation
Christine Maimone began her career at our firm as a legal assistant in 1986. She joined our Corporate Department in 1990 where her responsibility was to ensure that our client’s corporations were in good standing with the governments in their annual filings and that minute books were kept up to date. She left our firm in 1996 to pursue a career in managing her own business, returning to Spiegel Sohmer’s Corporate Services Department in 2004.
As a paralegal with experience as a business owner, she has a unique perspective on corporate services. Christine understands the importance of establishing strong client relations, communicating regularly with clients and ensuring that they receive optimal service on a timely basis.
