Robert Korne is a shareholder and part of the firm’s Tax group. Robert advises his business and personal clients with the goal of achieving creative and effective solutions for their legal needs.
Robert specializes in Canadian private corporate taxation, including M&A transactions, cross-border structuring, corporate reorganizations, and business start-ups.
Robert often advises Canadian, US and foreign private, public and institutional entities on various complex tax and commercial-related issues.
Robert also regularly counsels clients on their estate and succession planning, and has lately been recognized in the 2021 edition of the prestigious Best Lawyers in Canada directory in tax and estates as a leading practitioner.
