Robert Korne is a shareholder and part of the firm’s Tax group. In his preferred role, Robert advises his business and personal clients with the goal of achieving creative and effective solutions for their legal needs.
Robert specializes in Canadian private corporate taxation, including M&A transactions, cross-border structuring, corporate reorganizations, and business start-ups.
Robert often advises Canadian, US and foreign private, public and institutional entities on various complex tax and commercial-related issues.
Robert also regularly counsels clients on their estate and succession planning.
