Rami Kaplo is a partner in our business law group. He routinely advises individuals as well as our national and international commercial clients in various sectors of their business life cycles, including those prominent in the industries of blockchain and cryptocurrency, financial intermediary, technology and e-commerce, construction and professional corporations, to name a few. Rami acts as a trusted legal advisor to all clients with respect to negotiating their commercial contracts, including commercial leases, shareholder agreements, as well as other transactions. His practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions and financing.
With more than 10 years of experience in the corporate commercial field, Rami is dedicated to providing practical legal advice to his local and international clients. Rami takes a proactive approach to ensure that he understands the objectives and concerns of his clients in order to meet their legal needs while promoting their interests. This has allowed him to create lasting and fruitful relationships with his clients and to provide advice to them in an international and dynamic environment.
Prior to joining Spiegel Sohmer, he was an independent lawyer and managed his own practice.
