Nathalie Proulx has been a shareholder within the Commercial Law Group since 2013. Her practice is focused on the following areas:
- Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions
- Shareholder relations
- Private equity
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Start-ups
In these areas, Nathalie advises a wide range of private businesses, including numerous medical clinics and health professionals.
