Madison is a civil and commercial litigator with practice experience in a wide range of areas, including business and contractual disputes, residential and commercial leasing, insurance, employment, as well as construction and real estate law.
Prior to joining our team, she practiced as a lawyer at a boutique law firm in Montreal where she honed her litigation skills. Madison’s experience has made her adept at navigating the complexities of the law and built her aptitude for strategic thinking and meticulous preparation.
Madison is a dynamic and results-driven legal professional with a fervor for litigation. As a young and energetic lawyer, she passionately represents client interests, works diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and propel positive resolutions to legal matters. Madison has successfully represented clients before various courts and tribunals in Quebec, including the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Administrative Housing and Labour Tribunals, as well as the Transports Commission of Quebec.
