General presentation
Evan Bernstein is an associate lawyer at Spiegel Sohmer and is a member of our Tax Law group. As part of his practice, Evan assists his clients on tax planning matters related to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and estate planning. Evan also has experience with voluntary disclosures and advising clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial taxation authorities. Prior to joining Spiegel Sohmer, Evan was an associate at an accounting firm in Montreal.
