Dan Donath, a shareholder of the firm, is a member of our real estate and corporate and commercial law teams. Dan has more than 35 years experience in reviewing, drafting, interpretation and negotiation of commercial contracts. He has developed an expertise in the fields of real estate (primarily financing, leasing, acquisition and sale, co-ownership and limited partnerships), although it is not uncommon to find him handling purchases and sales of businesses, and negotiating and drafting shareholder and partnership agreements. Dan has also been involved in setting up several residential cooperatives.
Dan Donath has lately been recognized in the 2022 edition of the prestigious Best Lawyers™ in Canada directory in both Commercial Law and Real Estate Law.
