Alwynn Gillett practices in our Corporate and Commercial Law Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and tax-driven corporate transactions. A considerable portion of her practice consists of advising small- and medium-sized businesses in connection with their day-to-day requirements, such as shareholder issues, restructuring, strategic alliances, and standards agreements, including leases, distribution agreements, and financing contracts.
Alwynn has also become more involved in estate planning, including trusts, wills, and mandates for her clientele.
