We are thrilled to announce that the team of Kounadis Perreault comprised of M^tres Dennis Kounadis, Catherine Pantoulis, Colombe Perreault and Nancy Stromei joined the Spiegel Sohmer family on November 6, 2018.

Dennis Kounadis (Bar 1984) has been practising as a commercial attorney for over 30 years. Dennis is an important and trusted advisor to his clients concentrating his practice on acquisitions, banking, financing and restructuring matters as well as commercial real estate law. In addition, Dennis has extensive experience dealing with franchising and licensing matters and is called upon by his clients to assist them in all of their transactional requirements. Dennis has often been called upon to  act as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

Catherine Pantoulis (Bar 1984) has also been practising for over 30 years and joins our business group with a wealth of experience in corporate, share and asset purchases, franchising, licensing and commercial real estate and other transactional mandates in a variety of industries. Catherine advises her clients in the framing and preparation of their day-to-day agreements including shareholder agreements, financing and banking matters. She also has a vast knowledge in all commercial matters having represented clients in this regard throughout her career.

Colombe Perreault (Bar 1985) specializes in commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, estate and will disputes, shareholder disputes, litigation arising from share and asset purchase agreements as well as enforcement of hypothecary recourses and labour law. She has represented her clients in both civil court and before administrative tribunals throughout the province of Québec.

Nancy Stromei (Bar 2007) has been practising civil and commercial litigation, more particularly in the areas of commercial leasing, labour disputes, construction, hypothecary recourses, bankruptcy and insolvency law and commercial debt collection. Nancy often represents clients before civil and administrative tribunals.
