On January 15, 2015, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice rendered an order for creditor protection with regards to the restructuring and wind-down of the business affairs of Target Canada Co. and its affiliates.  Pursuant to the Order, Target Canada Co. may file and present to its creditors a Plan of Arrangement describing how it intends to deal with its liabilities and distribute its remaining assets accordingly.  In order to vote on and receive distributions described in the Plan of Arrangement, creditors must make the required filings. The Order can be accessed here.
