General presentation
Shortly after his call to the Bar in 2008, Eli Kano co-founded his own firm with the goal of offering a broad range of services to his business clientele. During his nearly 13 years of practicing law within the firm, he established close ties with various cultural and business communities in Montréal, with the aim of raising their awareness of the subtleties of Québec law and helping them become key players on the local scene. Eli’s practice has provided him with extensive knowledge of immigration law as well as civil and commercial law, areas in which he is frequently called upon to advise and represent his clients in their different endeavors before all administrative and judicial bodies.
Eli specializes in civil and commercial litigation and has valuable experience as a litigator in real estate, shareholder disputes and contractual litigation. Over the years, he has developed an invaluable expertise and an interest in latent defects matters.
