A “Will” for a Foundation

Apr 17th, 2015

By Daniel Frajman

Please see my recently published article on the subject of a “will” for a charitable foundation.  (The article appears in the October 2014 issue of Gift Planning in Canada, at page 10, which is a publication of The Hilborn Group Ltd., for Canadian gift planners and nonprofit managers, and which is received by among others members of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners / l’Association canadienne des professionnels en dons planifiés.)  This is a slightly edited version of an article that first appeared in The Canadian Taxpayer and in the Canadian Not-For-Profit News published by Carwell.)
