General presentation
Oakley is a paralegal with ten years of experience in transactional corporate work. They began their corporate journey in annual maintenance, and thereafter learned more intricate transactions such as incorporations, dissolutions, amendment of articles, amalgamations, and more. In addition, their curiosity has given Oakley the opportunity to expand beyond the province of Québec, having filed annual returns and notices of change in different Canadian provinces such as Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. At their core, Oakley is a perfectionist: and as a result, it’s important that clients receive perfect service.
Oakley is currently studying at McGill University in Translation (English to French).
