Spiegel Sohmer is pleased to announce the appointment of two new shareholders.

These new shareholders are:

Rami Kaplo is practicing in our business law group. He routinely advises individuals as well as our national and international commercial clients in various sectors of their business life cycles, including those prominent in the industries of blockchain and cryptocurrency, financial intermediary, technology and e-commerce, construction and professional corporations, to name a few. Rami is called upon as a trusted advisor for all clients with respect to negotiating their commercial contracts namely, lease negotiations, shareholder agreements, as well as other transactions, to name a few. His practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions and financing.

Charlotte Oger-Chambonnet is responsible of the family law practice of the firm. She regularly represents clients before the Quebec Courts in family law cases pertaining to divorce, custody, partition of assets, spousal and child support, common-law partners and filiation. Charlotte also consults on civil and commercial litigation matters. Charlotte has been nominated in the Ones to Watch category for the Best Lawyers® 2023 edition.
