Morris Szwimer is a senior member of the firm’s commercial law group. His practice focuses primarily on private mergers and acquisitions, working closely with entrepreneurs locally, nationally as well as in connection with their cross border requirements. Morris provides his clients with effective and strategic advice, finding legal solutions that make solid business sense.
