Marvin Shahin provides counsel to the firm generally and focuses his practice on the specific commercial needs of our corporate clients.
During a career spanning more than 25 years, Marvin has worked with some of Canada’s most well-known and admired brands. Marvin advises on a wide range of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) matters in variety of industries. In addition to ESG matters, his practice also specializes in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate development and construction, franchising and general business matters.
Marvin offers a unique perspective, whether addressing daily business decisions and risk assessment, planning and implementation of commercial initiatives and programs locally, regionally or across Canada or the issues and negotiation that arises in ESG, leasing, real estate development or franchising matters.
