Alexander Zagalski is a valued associate in our firm’s business law group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, concentrating primarily on private mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Alexander prides himself on his ability to connect with clients, in particular those in the start-up space. He is committed to assisting clients with all of their legal requirements, in particular drafting shareholders’ agreements, protecting their intellectual property, as well as negotiating leases and similar commercial contracts. Alexander is intent on building long-term relationships with his clientele and enjoys providing advice on a multitude of daily legal queries.
