A class action suit against Kitec Plumbing in the United States and Canada has been settled for an amount of $125,000,000 U.S.
If you have Kitec Plumbing products in your home or building, such plumbing equipment is alleged to deteriorate, causing leakage and damages, requiring repair and/or replacement. Any claim must be filed with the Claims Administrator prior to January 9, 2020, failing which your rights in virtue of the settlement will be forever extinguished.
Building owners or lessees are strongly advised to verify as to whether they have Kitec Plumbing. If so, we would be pleased to help you file your claim if appropriate.
