Law Practice
Morris Szwimer is a member of our business law group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, concentrating particularly on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and intellectual property law. Morris also advises his clients on matters relating to estate planning and the settling of estates. His clients are comprised of entrepreneurs and corporations of all sizes.
Morris has years of experience in negotiating and drafting all types of agreements his clients may require. Clients consult him regularly for advice on the various legal issues they face in their daily business affairs.
