Law Practice

Steven Sitcoff’s practice is focused on corporate tax, both domestic and international. He has advised inbound multinational corporations as well as Canadian corporations in planning and implementing tax-efficient structures for their international expansion. He has significant experience working with entrepreneurial private and public companies of various sizes, from industries including consumer products, retail, mixed industrial, financial services and entertainment.

He has also represented both corporate and individual taxpayers before various taxation authorities.

  • Steven fulfilled his articling requirements for the Ontario Bar as a law clerk to the Judges of the Tax Court of Canada.
  • Steven has been involved in a number of community and fundraising activities over the years, including with the Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto) and Federation-CJA (Montreal). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal and the Montreal Council of the Canadian Technion Society.
