Robert Raich is a member of the firm’s taxation law department, specializing in corporate tax planning and reorganizations, international tax law and estate planning. He also has extensive experience in commercial transactions and venture capital financing.

- Robert was the Firm’s managing partner during more than 25 years.
- Robert has taught tax courses at the university and Cegep levels. He has also given numerous courses to the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and other professional bodies.
- Robert has also written extensively on matters of taxation law. He has given presentations to the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Estate Planning Council and the Lord Reading Law Society, and has published articles in tax journals, such as C.A. Magazine and Tax Management International.
- Robert is recognized as a tax specialist in Quebec in matters of corporate and estate taxation in “The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory – 2007”. “The Best Lawyers in Canada – 2008” listed him amongst the best lawyer in taxation law and in the law of estates and trusts in Quebec.
- Martindale-Hubbell reports that based on their Peer Review Ratings, Robert is ranked as one of the best lawyers in his field.
- Robert has also been an active participant in various fund raising campaigns and currently serves on the executive Board of the Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal.
