Nathalie Proulx practices commercial and corporate law. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, financing and shareholder relations. As such, she has acquired considerable experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, commercial leases, and purchase or share sales agreements. Me Proulx also advises our clients on various legal questions they deal with on a daily basis.
