Law Practice

Marc Ian Leiter practices business and corporate law and has a reputation for devising practical solutions to complex problems. His clients consist mainly of privately held mid-sized businesses. Marc’s practice is transactionally oriented, and he has solid experience in negotiating mergers and acquisitions and in drafting all types of agreements. His practice also includes assisting start-ups and reorganizations. Marc negotiates and drafts a wide variety of agreements, including licenses and distribution agreements.

Prize for Commercial Law for the highest standing in commercial law during the program.
