Law Practice
Marc Ian Leiter practices business and corporate law and has a reputation for devising practical solutions to complex problems. His clients consist mainly of privately held mid-sized businesses. Marc’s practice is transactionally oriented, and he has solid experience in negotiating mergers and acquisitions and in drafting all types of agreements. His practice also includes assisting start-ups and reorganizations. Marc negotiates and drafts a wide variety of agreements, including licenses and distribution agreements.

- While attending McGill University, Marc was managing editor of the McGill Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. He received numerous honours and distinctions, including the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Prize, the Alexander Morris Exhibition Prize for the highest standing in second-year law and the I.M.E. Prize for Commercial Law for the highest standing in commercial law during the program.
