Alwynn Gillett practices in our corporate and commercial law group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and tax driven corporate transactions. A considerable portion of her practice consists of advising small and medium size businesses in connection with their day-to-day requirements, such as shareholder issues, restructuring, strategic alliances and standard agreements (leases, distribution agreements, financing contracts, etc.)
