Law Practice

Daniel Frajman is a partner of the firm specializing in corporate and commercial law. He is involved in all aspects of negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including contracts providing for the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, business and real estate financing, security interests, and commercial leases.

In addition, Daniel works with the firm’s tax department in the areas of inplementing tax strategies, administering estates and preparing trusts and wills.
