Law Practice
Dan Donath, a partner of the firm, is a member of our real estate and our corporate and commercial law departments. Dan has more than 25 years experience in the review, drafting, interpretation and negotiation of commercial contracts. His practice is focused in the fields of real estate (primarily financing, leasing, acquisition and sale, co-ownership and limited partnerships), although it is not uncommon to find him handling purchases and sales of businesses, and negotiating and drafting shareholder and partnership agreements.
