Law Practice
Martin Daniel Boily focuses his practice on corporate taxation, more specifically domestic and foreign acquisitions and reorganizations. His expertise also encompasses personal and testamentary tax planning. He joined Spiegel Sohmer Inc. after having worked with national law and accounting firms.
Martin also advises our clients and their accountants regarding tax audits and enquiries of the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenue Quebec. He also intervenes in contestations filed with the federal and provincial Canadian tax authorities.
As a result of his varied professional experience, Martin offers a practical approach as well as innovative solutions to his clients’ needs.
