Rami Kaplo is a member of the business law group. His practice is focused on corporate law, commercial litigation and business immigration.
During his career, Me Kaplo has advised individuals as well as national and international companies in various sectors (food, construction, chemical products, e-commerce, engineering consultancy, financial intermediary, etc.). His years of experience have included counselling his clients with respect to lease negotiations, business and share purchase and sales agreements, joint ventures, legal hypothecs and other transactions required to operate their businesses, as well as arguing cases before the civil courts of Quebec.
With more than 8 years of experience in the corporate commercial field, Me Kaplo is dedicated to providing practical legal advice to his local and international clients. Me Kaplo takes a proactive approach to ensure that he understands the objectives and concerns of his clients in order to meet their legal needs while promoting their interests. This has allowed him to create lasting and fruitful relationships with his clients and to provide advice to them in an international and dynamic environment.
Prior to joining Spiegel Sohmer, he was an independent lawyer and ran his own practice. He had completed his internship in 2010 with Me Raffaele Mastromonaco.
