We work with clients in preparing a succession plan tailored to their particular family and financial situation and we help families follow up on such plans.

Our work may manifest itself in the preparation of marriage contracts, deeds of gift, wills and living wills, the probate of English form and holograph wills, the homologation of living wills, the institution of curatorships and tutorships, the elaboration of estate plans and the winding-up and distribution of estates, but the key purpose of our estate work is always to identify the needs and respect the wishes of our client.
