Janet Dell’Orto has been the in-house translator at Spiegel Sohmer since 1989. She draws upon her diverse and comprehensive experience in translation to translate all legal and non-legal documents of the firm, including those of its clients.

In 1993, she also began working with the Intellectual Property Department as a Trade-mark Paralegal. In 1999, she officially became a Trade-mark Agent and specializes in trade-mark registrability and availability searches, preparing and filing trade-mark applications, as well as oppositions and summary expungement proceedings for clients carrying on business in a wide variety of fields and industries.

Janet manages and supervises national and international trade-mark portfolios for various clients.
