Our base salaries are competitive, but the opportunity is there to earn even more!

We have set a realistic target of 1,600 billable hours for our associates. However, if an attorney wants to put in longer hours (even if they are not required to), we will increase his or her salary proportionally. For example, if a lawyer has a base salary of $75,000 and decides to work 2,000 hours during the year, the lawyer's salary will be grossed up to recognize the extra 25% being contributed to $93,750.

In addition, as an incentive to develop your own client base, we pay a bonus of 15% of all fees collected from your clients.
